Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful sea breeze, surrounded by crystal clear water and sandy shores. Improve flexibility, balance & strength while taking in breathtaking views of nature's beauty. Join me for an unforgettable experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, relaxed and at one with yourself and nature. Breathe and relax on the beautiful sandy shore of Playa San Juan. I conduct classes in the styles of hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga and relaxing yin, also for cyclists. You can also join for pranayama and sound bath. I have mats and other training aids, all you need is a good mood and comfortable clothes. Classes in Polish, English or Spanish.

Includes

1h Yoga class tailored to your needs (individual or group) 0,5h Relaxing sound bath (if you choose the option with sound bath) You don't need a yoga mat and props. I have them with me.
