Description

Start your tour by meeting your friendly guide at the front of the Hotel Melia in Alicante. After a short meet and greet take a scenic, 30-minute drive to the Alicante countryside. Arrive at a vineyard, seasoned over 100-years in the art of wine making and processing. In a beautiful setting and guided by the vineyards owner, you will learn the natural methods they use to make their wines. You will get the chance to take a guided tour of the property. Visit the Old House, winepress, museum, vineyard, fermentation building and the barrel room. After your tour of the premises you will take your seat at the table and have a tasting session of four different kinds of wine: white, rose, red and sweet. You will also be able to feast on local food like coca, dried sausages, cheese, homemade bread with extra virgin oil, dried fig and date bread.
