You have a choice of classes supervised by our highly qualified fitness coaches, you can also train on your own, or have a mix of classes and one to one coaching, and the choice is yours. We also specialise in helping people with mobility problems, health conditions, and as well formulating weight loss programmes, which includes nutritional advice.
In many Gyms or Fitness Centres people who visit for the first time find themselves intimidated by the atmosphere and what can appear to be alien equipment? They are left to their own devices and can in many cases sustain injuries. This is not the case at Club Fit. When you arrive for the first time we give you a Grand Tour, answer any questions you may have, demonstrate the equipment and ask you to complete a Lifestyle and Medical questionnaire. We will also discover what your goals are and arrange for you to have a Free Fitness Test. Then we will recommend the category of membership, which is just right for you.

When it comes to improving your fitness, mobility and quality of life Nutrition plays a large part. To this end we have Nutrition Classes, which are presented by Peter Fitz our co-founder, and you would be invited to attend. Peter is an expert in this field and will assist you in creating a nutritional programme that will be effective by complementing your fitness regime.
