Barquitos opened its doors to the public at the end of June 2013. Translated in English as 'Little Boats', Barquitos is home to everything pretty, unique and well just a little different. The shop located in the port of Javea, in Spain's Costa Blanca is owned by two twenty something's looking to offer something a little different to shoppers in the Alicante based town.

Stocking everything from quirky photo frames and feather filled cushions to rustic pieces of furniture and clothing.

For those of you unfamiliar or unlikely to visit Javea any time soon, feel free to visit our website on www.barquitos.com. Here you can find nearly everything we have available in store, from the comfort of your own home.

The shop is situated in the port area of Javea (often spelt Xabia) on the main road (Avenida Lepanto) only two streets back from the main sea front strip of bars and restaurants. The shop is blue and white in colour with painted bunting along the top of the building.
