Susi's inspirational grandmothers were the driving force behind her ambition. Susi has been the owner and chef of La Finca Restaurant for more than 30 years. She conjures up amazing menus with dishes such as cheese ice-cream, opera of foie, prawns with pil pil and coconut caviar, and tea with cinnamon paste.
