Susis inspirerende bedstemødre var drivkraften bag hendes ambitioner. Susi har været ejer og chef for La Finca Restaurant i mere end 30 år. Hun laver fantastiske menuer med retter som ost-is, foie gras opera, rejer med pil pil og kokos kaviar, samt te med kanel pasta.
