The apartments are located in the touristic part Rincon de Loix, very central with all kind of business nearby like supermarkets, launderette, restaurants, bars, pubs, discopubs and only 500 m. from the beach Levante. At the same time very near to the market which is being held every Wednesday and Sunday. There is also a busstop of which several local buses are leaving every 20 minutes to the oldtown of Benidorm. These apartments are very popular with young couples and groups looking for basic accommodation in the heart of the entertainment. All apartments have a lounge/kitchenette with 2 rings and fridge, coinoperated TV, safety deposit boxes (extra charge), bath or shower and balcony. Apartments can take 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 yrs. Apartments have twin beds in bedroom and sofa-beds in lounge. Studios have twin beds. Space is limited when apartments are fully occupied. A refundable cash deposit of 60? is required per apartment on arrival. Service is once a week; towels changed twice and linen once for 7 night stays; towels and linen changed three times for 14 night stays. In the main entrance is a bar with an open terrace while the spacious pool area has palm trees and plants surrounding it, as well as a large sun terrace with a poolside snackbar. All meals in the bars are self-service. Other facilities: sunbeds, pool tables, weekly Karaoke, children's play area, children's pool (separated from the adult pool), cots (no charge), laundry service (extra charge), heating in the winter, 1 lift.
