Tribus uses fresh ingredients to stack up the tastiest burgers. You're going to need a healthy appetite to tackle their fabulous burgers. It's advisable to wash it down with a strawberry shake. The gourmet diner also has a tasting menu of seven courses which changes each evening and uses fresh seasonal ingredients.
Chef Neil Browning also offers cookery courses for parties of six or more where you can learn to cook sushi, Thai, tapas or Mexican, for example.
