Monumental Abrazos Tango Meeting in Alicante

Del 13 al 16 de Abril (Semana Santa) tendrá lugar en San Vicente del Raspeig, Alicante, la segunda Edición del Monumental Abrazos Tango Meeting. Serán más de 30 horas de milonga en una sala única con pista de más de 100 metros de tarima flotante.más de 100 metros de tarima flotante.

PROGRAMA:
JUEVES:
- de 18 a 20h. recogida de acreditaciones en el Hall del Hotel Villa Universitaria. Quienes no se vayan a alojar en el hotel podrán recogerlas directamente en la Sala Monumental durante la Milonga.
-De 22 a 4h. Milonga de Bienvenida. Lugar: Sala Monumental Dance. San Vicente del Raspeig. Musicaliza Julio Saavedra desde Argentina.
VIERNES:
- de 18 a 20h. recogida de acreditaciones en el Hall del Hotel Villa Universitaria. Quienes no se vayan a alojar en el hotel podrán recogerlas directamente en la Sala Monumental durante la Milonga.

-De 22 a 6h. Milonga del Viernes. Lugar: Sala Monumental Dance. San Vicente del Raspeig. Musicaliza David Gonzalez TangoDj desde Irún.

SABADO:
-. 11:00h. Actividad Opcional para aquellos que les apetezca. Excursión con milonga itinerante por el centro histórico de Alicante y el Castillo de Santa Bárbara. Salida a las 11 en Tranvia desde San Vicente (parada a 2 min. del hotel) y quedada con los que asistan desde Alicante a las 11:30 en el Mercado Central para comenzar la ruta.
14:00h.: Tardeo Alicantino, tomaremos un picoteo con unos vinos y cervezas por la zona de tardeo de Calle Castaños y aledañoas.
22:00 a 6h.: MIlonga de Gala. Lugar: Sala Monumental Dance. San Vicente del Raspeig. Musicaliza Miguel Moya desde Madrid. A las 5 se servirá una chocolatada con churros.
DOMINGO:
12:00 a 14:00: Milonga de Mañana (Gratuita).Lugar: Lucernario del Hotel Villa Universitaria (1ª planta). Musicaliza Susanna CK (DJ residente en Nueva Monumental Milonga.)
15:00h. Comida Tipica Alicantina de Despedida en Restaurante de San Vicente.
18:00. Milonga de Despedida. Lugar: Sala Monumental Dance. San Vicente del Raspeig Alicante. Desafio DJ´S.

Durante las milongas celebradas en la Sala Monumental Dance se servirá tentempie.
El precio del pack completo de milongas es de 70€ e incluye: Entrada a las 4 Milongas de la Sala Monumental Dance, con 1 consumición (puede ser copa con alcohol), tentempies durante las mismas y chocolatada con churros. The Second Edition of “Monumental Abrazos Tango Meeting” will take place in San Vicente del Raspeig, Alicante.
There will be more than 30 hours of “Milonga” in a single room with a dance wooden floor of 100 meters.

THURSDAY
-18:00-20:00 Accreditations will be collected in the Hall of the Hotel Villa Universitaria. Those who are not going to stay at the hotel, can pick them up directly at the “Monumental” during the Milonga.
- From 22:00 to 04:00 Welcome Milonga.
Place: “Sala monumental Dance” in San Vicente del Raspeig. Music by Julio Saavedra from Argentina.
FRIDAY
- 18:00 -20:00h. Accreditations will be collected in the Hall of the Hotel Villa Universitaria. Those whose are not going to stay at the hotel, can pick them up directly at the “Monumental” during the Milonga.
- 22:00- 06:00h. Place: “Sala Monumental Dance” in San Vicente del Raspeig. Music by David Gonzalez . Tango Dj from Irun.
SATURDAY:
- At 11:00 Optional activity for those who want. Sightseeing around the historic city centre of Alicante, which includes the visit to “The Santa Barbara Castle”. Leaving out at 11:00 by Tram from San Vicente (tram stop 2 minutes from hotel).
The meeting point for those leaving from Alicante will be “The Central Market” to start the route.

- 14:00h. Afternoon Break.
We will have a snack with some wines and beers around the typical places in the city centre of Alicante, Castaños St., etc…
- 22:00 – 06:00h. Milonga Gala. Place: “Sala Monumental Dance” in San Vicente del Raspeig. Music by Miguel Moya from Madrid
- 05:00h. Hot chocolate with CHURROS will be served.
SUNDAY
- 12:00- 14:00h. Tomorrow’s Milonga. Entrance Free. Place: Skylight Hotel Villa Universitaria (1st Floor).Music by Susana CK (New Monumental Milonga DJ)
- 15:00 Alicante Typical farewell meal in San Vicente Restaurant.
- 18:00 Farewell Milonga. Place: Monumental Dance. San Vicente del raspeig Alicante. Desafio DJ’S.
A snack will be served during the Milongas held in the Monumental Dance Room.

The Price of the complete Milongas pack is 70€ and includes:
Entrance to 4 Milongas of “The Sala Monumental Dance” , 1 drink (it can be an alcoholik drink ), snacks during the event and chocolate with churros will be served.
