The D*NA Gastronomy Festival in Denia is held by the beautiful Marineta Cassiana beach on Saturday 11.30 h to 23.00 h; and Sunday 11.30 h to 19.30 h.
There will be large stages will host different live cooking sessions in which the invited chefs will look into how traditional knowledge and innovation work together in today's Mediterranean gastronomy. One of the attractions of D*NA in Denia is the interaction with the public through children's workshops or interventions of producers, artisans and cooks in which they will show how to cook the famous Denia red prawn or make cocas.
