The receptionist was kind and professional, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. However, my rating goes down because: - There's an extra 5 euro fee for getting towels. That seems predatory, towels are expected to be part of the accomodation service. - The check-in procedure takes a long time. They request an excessive amount of information, including the expiration date of the credit card used to make the booking. Eldorado should take a copy of our passport and fill in the info themselves, and also import data from booking.com. It's frustrating to enter the same info many times for the same stay. - They require a 50 euro deposit, which is the most I've experienced in Spain. I think that's excessive. - The door to our room required a key to unlock from the inside. That's a security problem. Another door on the way out (from reception) is also nonstandard, difficult to use.
