•GENERAL CONSULTATION•

We will come and meet with you to discuss any problems etc. that you may have, phone calls that need to be made, to read through any letters you have received and much more. Contact us today to discuss further

•TOURISM LICENSES•
Duration varies • From 180€
Bring us copies of your documents including your house deeds and habitation certificate and we will do the rest for you. We charge 180 Euros for this service (Exclusive of any taxes or additional certificates that may be required)

•MEDICAL TRANSLATIONS•
Duration varies • From 20€
We offer a set fee to your visit to the doctor or hospital to ensure you have complete understanding of everything. We charge 20 Euros to attend the doctors and 30 Euros for the hospital. We also offer written medical translations at a fixed price per page. Contact us today for your free and no obligation quote

•OFFICIAL TRANSLATIONS•
Duration varies • From 70€
Send us a clear photo or copy of your marriage or birth certificates and we will provide an official stamped translation. For this service we charge 70 Euros. For any other official documents please contact us for a quote.

•MONTHLY ACCOUNTS•
Duration varies • 70€ pcm
Rest easy in the knowledge that all of your business accounts are being handled efficiently and professionally. We charge 70 Euros per month.

•AUTONOMO SET UP•
Duration varies • 150€
We will complete all steps quickly and efficiently in order to set you up in your new business venture. We charge 150 Euros for this service.

•RESIDENCIA APPOINTMENTS•
Duration varies • 70€ plus 12€ Tax
We will make the appointment for you, fill in all relevant paperwork and pay the tax on your behalf. We will also meet you on the day of your appointment to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. We charge 70 Euros plus 12 Euros tax

•NIE APPOINTMENTS•
Duration varies • 60€ plus 9.45€ Tax
We will make the appointment for you, fill in all relevant paperwork and pay the tax on your behalf. We will also meet you on the day of your appointment to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. We charge 60 Euros plus 9.45 Euros tax. Less

•WILLS•
Duration varies • from 70€
Come and meet with us to fill in the forms and we will arrange the notary appointment and meet you there. We charge 150 Euros per couple or 70 Euros for 1 person

•CAR RE-REGISTERING•
Duration varies • Price varies
We can process your UK car to Spanish plates hassle free! We will take it to ITV, pay all taxes, present all relevant paperwork to the DGT and collect your number plates. Send us a clear photo of the log book for your free and no obligation quote.

•CAR NAME TRANSFERS•
Duration varies • Price varies
Are you buying or selling a car? We can do the name transfer for you, all we need are good clear copies of the car log book and ITV papers, sellers passport, NIE/Residencia and copies of the buyers passport, NIE/Residencia and proof of address, usually the padron. Contact us today for our set fees.

•DRIVING LICENSE EXCHANGE•
Duration varies • 70€ plus 24.10€ Traffico Tax
We are registered affiliates with the DGT so are able to process your applications within 24 hours. All we need is a medical, residencia, passport, passport photo and your current driving license - we will take care of everything else. We charge 70 Euros plus 24.10 Euros trafico tax for the under 70's.

My wife and I have had such great service from Frankie over the years that we made Spain our home . Now it time for us to go back the UK .
Yesterday we handed back our Residency to the national police Frankie helped us from start finish .

Contracted Frankie's services for Residency and she was every bit as good as recommended. We met once beforehand where we were briefed and given itemised details on how best to prepare. Met Frankie again at a pre-arranged RV on the morning of the appointment and travelled down to Alicante. We (the two of us) spent literally 5 minutes at the Foreign Office desk where Frankie engaged with the official and sorted the documents and then left. Returned 3 hours later at the appointed time to collect Green Cards and walked out after 1 minute as residents.
Smooth, painless and worth every penny.
Can't recommend her highly enough.
