Unimaginable for Moraira. I come here from 1998 and I’ve never seen anything like this. 45 mins waiting for a cold ceviche. 1 hr waiting for a main dish. Very average and not very caring service - no one came to apologise or to explain why there was this delay, I especially mean the supervisor who acted all surprised once we complained and asked for a bill (probably it would have taken another 45 mins) I’ve never left the restaurant hungrier than I was before arrive. The restaurant creates the impression that you are about to have a truly special dining experience. The elegant setting, white tablecloths, lounge-style atmosphere, sophisticated menu and busy waiters all suggest excellent food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, the actual experience does not live up to the image they have created. The service was disappointing, and the overall experience felt far less special than the surroundings promised. A complete disappointment. Watching so many guests leave happy and exchange friendly goodbyes with the waiters made us wonder: were we simply the only ones who had such a disappointing experience? Special thanks to the only highlight - a lovely lady with long wavy hair. She was even chasing us on our way out with the complimentary bottle of smth that we haven’t accept - honestly it would not make any difference or fix our spoilt evening. To be fair - she had nothing to do with our experience and was acting nice.
The food was amazing, extremely high quality and great value for money. The staff were lovely and very passionate about their restaurant which made the place so special. Sad to say I’m on holiday and unable to come regularly.
I've been meaning to come here for a while and am very glad that we finally found time to come. Excellent food - the burrata starter was flavoursome, the lobster and steak mains were absolutely fantastic -really great food at every stage. The setting is really pleasant, tasteful, tasteful decor and perfect lighting. Lastly - the service - exceptional, they bent over backwards to facilitate ormur requests and were so friendly and personal. We will be back soon. The
