I mean, we went there because the rank was very high. My husband and I are fans of brunch places. This was so average. The food was not that nice, considering that almost everywhere in Spain you can get really nice toasts for a way leas money. The toast here was not even “toasted” - was just a piece of bread (not the best one either). The stuff was friendly and nice. The atmosphere was also good. Still do not understand why the rank is so high.
From the moment you step in this restaurant, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile and a cozy vibe. The service is quick, not pushy and especially friendly. The food is presented with love and you will enjoy every bite of it! Trust me.😌👌🏽
I am here for a couple days, I figure I try this spot about 15 minutes from the hotel. I had the Pavlova Pancakes with orange juice. At first when it came out, they seemed small, but with the combination of sweet berries, etc it was actually quite filling. It was quite good, nice little spot to go to. Service was good. I definitely recommend this spot if you’re hungry for some pancakes.
A bit disappointed with our visit, especially given the many glowing reviews. From the moment we arrived, we felt somewhat unwelcome. The entrance is closed off by a host stand, which appears to prevent guests from entering until acknowledged by a staff member. When the waitress eventually came over and we asked for a table for two, she simply pointed to an available table and then to the QR code menu before walking away. The interaction felt quite dismissive and set the tone for the rest of the visit. We placed our order a few minutes later. Unfortunately, both coffees arrived burnt and unpleasant in taste. We ended up leaving them untouched. On a positive note, the food was excellent and beautifully presented. My scrambled eggs with mushrooms and crispy ham were delicious. The only small criticism is that the menu doesn’t mention that the Eggs Benedict are served on brioche bread. As this isn’t always standard, it would be helpful for guests to know in advance. Throughout the meal, no one checked back to see how everything was. It wasn’t until I asked for the bill that the waitress returned to our table and noticed the untouched coffees. When we explained that they tasted burnt, she immediately offered to remake them. As we were in a hurry and needed to leave, we declined, and she kindly removed them from the bill, which we genuinely appreciated. Overall, the venue itself is beautiful, the music was spot on, and the atmosphere is perfect for brunch. However, service plays a big part in the overall experience, and unfortunately we never felt particularly looked after. While there were certainly positives, I probably wouldn’t return or recommend it based on this visit.
The breakfast here was fairly average—I’d give it a 3 out of 5. The presentation was nice and it tasted good overall, but nothing special. I ordered an açai bowl, which was mixed with yogurt, so the açai flavor wasn’t very strong. Also, the amount of nuts on top was quite excessive compared to the açai and yogurt. The avocado and egg toast was quite ordinary as well—the bread wasn’t really toasted and didn’t have much flavor. The atmosphere is lovely, but the food is pretty average but the coffee was very good.
