Citrus Cafe-Bar

Café by day, bar by night, the Citrus Bar is a friendly place to enjoy a chat with friends, treat yourself to a delicious slice of home-made cake and coffee, watch sports, dance to live music or enjoy a refreshing beer, including real ales.

The Citrus Bar is well-named as it is decorated in shades of lime green and lemon. It has a modern, fresh look to make you feel at home. It is very popular with the locals in Orba, who enjoy the live entertainment, food and refreshing cold beers. It is sure to be buzzing during the World Cup with a big screen (4m x 3m) and a 50' television so you can see all the action.

As well as the comfortable interior, customers also have the choice of sitting in the terrace at the front or relaxing in the spacious exterior terrace - a lovely sun trap. From the bar, there are gorgeous views over the mountains and you can sit back to enjoy the beautiful, multi-coloured sunsets in the evening.

Its location is perfect - on the edge of town opposite the supermarket so there is plenty of parking - with great countryside and mountain views.

The Citrus Bar, run by Damian and Victoria, is famous locally for its tempting home-made cakes such as Victoria sponge, carrot cake and chocolate cake.  After shopping in the Mas y Mas supermarket across the road, why not stop off for a slice of cake baked by Victoria and coffee in the Citrus Bar?

Other tempting treats include an all-day English breakfast, sandwiches, light snacks, pizzas, jacket potatoes and freshly-baked sausage rolls.

Beer lovers are spoilt for choice with San Miguel and Guinness on draught plus a range of real ales, including Spitfire.

It's a great venue for groups and a friendly golf society meets at the Citrus Bar. If you're interested in joining, have a chat with Damian about the club and the courses they visit.
There's also live music every Thursday plus themed evenings, such as a Mexican buffet.

The bar  is an agent for BeniConnect, so you can book your airport shuttle bus and enjoy a snack or drink while waiting to be picked up.

Sports fans will find it hard to tear themselves away as the bar will be showing all televised British sports including football, rugby and cricket.

The Citrus Bar also has free wifi so you can stay in touch with the outside world from inside the café-bar.

The bar's opening times are shown but it will be open later through the World Cup and when an event, such as live music is on. Late night opening is Thursday, when the bar is open from 9am to late.
