Climb a little-known mountain in Alicante, which starts in the village of Busot, with a great atmosphere and rock quality. Cabeço d'Or has all kinds of climbing, and for long routes, it's one of its gems.

Description

Climbing in Cabeço d'Or is beautiful, and it's on limestone walls of excellent quality. Its southwest orientation, on most of its walls, means you can climb most days of the year. It's always hotter in summer, and in winter, it's in the shade, but not too cold since it's in the south of Alicante province. It has numerous routes, both sport and long-distance (equipped and unequipped), many of them close to the parking lot and others further away, in more remote areas. This beautiful rock massif and micro-valleys are just a 25-minute drive from downtown Alicante. It's located in the town of Busot, a small village that offers climbers shelter with numerous basic and affordable services. The climbing guide ratio will be a maximum of 2 people per guide. Anyone who's in good physical shape, has minimal climbing experience, and is at least 12 years old can join in. (Always with the consent of your legal guardians.) For certain routes, you must have a minimum of previous experience. When climbing the Cabeçò d'Or, I offer different options, depending on your climbing level.
