Description

When you arrive at our house in the heart of the Costa Blanca, just 5 minutes from the Algar Waterfalls, we welcome you as a friend. No numbered tables or restaurant menus: here we cook together over the fire, just as we've been doing as a family for years. You'll join us at the grill and the cross-shaped rotisserie to prepare starters, meats, and a traditional paella in an authentic wood-fired paella pan. While the fire does its work, you can stroll through our avocado orchard and enjoy the views of the mountain. The meal is served at a shared table under the pergola: homemade starters, Argentine-Spanish barbecue, and dessert, accompanied by wine, beer, or soft drinks included in the price. If the group requests it, we also prepare cocktails such as gin and tonic or the classic Argentinian fernet with Coca-Cola. After lunch, you have the whole afternoon to relax in our pool or unwind on the sun loungers in the shade. The experience lasts between 4 and 5 hours, in small groups of up to 10-12 people, so that the service is always attentive and personalized.
