The tour covers Elche’s most iconic locations, including its three World Heritage properties: the extensive palm grove, the Misteri d'Elx mystery play, and the Puçol Educational Project and Museum.
Elche’s palm grove, containing over 200,000 palm trees, is the largest in Europe. It includes several groves such as the Municipal Park and the Huerto del Cura.
The Huerto del Cura, the best-maintained grove, is a botanical garden featuring palm trees, medicinal plants, flowers, and cacti from around the world. Peacocks roam freely and carp swim in its pond. Created by José María Castaño, the garden bears his name.
Visitors will tour the city’s palm parks and explore the botanical garden’s diverse plant life and tranquil setting.
