Fatto in Casa – Cucina Artigianale We had wanted to try Fatto in Casa since it opened a few weeks ago, and as we happened to be around the corner, we decided it was the perfect opportunity to stop for a late lunch. We chose to sit outside. It was a little hot, but that's nobody's fault—it is July, and we are in Spain. We were served by a young waiter who was friendly, polite, and very courteous. His waiting skills will undoubtedly improve with experience, but he was genuinely pleasant and eager to please. The finer points of service will come with time. We started with a Carpaccio, followed by a Hawaiian Pizza and a Frutti di Mare Pasta, accompanied by two bottles of water. The Carpaccio (€13.50) was excellent—tender, moist, and full of flavour. The Frutti di Mare Pasta (€20) was at the higher end of the price range, but it was generous in portion size and packed with flavour. The Hawaiian Pizza (€14) was handmade, hand-stretched, and cooked exactly to my liking. It was delicious, with a lovely light, chewy texture to the dough. The food, overall, was excellent. We finished with two more bottles of water, bringing our total bill to €57, which we felt represented very good value for the quality of the food we enjoyed. The chef, whom I assume was the owner, came and checked that our food was to our satisfaction. This touch alone gave me great confidence. Thank You. I can't comment on the restaurant's interior, as I never went inside, but the outdoor seating area is spacious, shaded, and comfortable. We live only a short distance from Fatto in Casa, and I genuinely hope they do well. It will certainly become one of our regular local restaurants. I have spent my life in Hospitality, owning many restaurants back in my home country. I bow to you Sir for taking the risk and for creating such amazing food. Thank You.

One of those hiding gems that people talk about. Very friendly ( not alot of English) but managed between us. Starters were superb. Pizza and pasta was excellent for mains. Had a glass of house red. Which was one of the best house reds I've had. Thank you. Will definitely come again on our next trip.

Visited on the opening day and there’s real potential here. The pasta was excellent and the pizza a highlight: great crust with a proper leopard char. You can tell the ingredients are quality - even the beef, a touch overcooked, was very tender. A few honest notes for a place I want to see succeed: some combinations felt unusual. Pasta bolognese with arancini, and a bolognese with a beef fillet on the side, doubled up in a way that clashed rather than worked together. Where it fits, I’d love to see these split into a proper primo and secondo. The berry sauce on the beef didn’t quite suit the Italian concept either, and the red wine came at room temperature — lightly chilled would be better in the Spanish heat. Fully booked on opening day, so a little fine-tuning is understandable. A great addition to the area — with some polish I’m confident this becomes a 5/5. Will be back.
