Guided by a local chef and a friendly host, you’ll prepare some of Spain’s most iconic dishes while learning about the traditions, stories, and flavors that make Mediterranean cuisine so special. You’ll chop, mix, and taste your way through a menu of traditional tapas made with fresh ingredients sourced that morning from the Central Market.
