Description

This course will allow you to learn in depth the discipline of SUP (Stand Up Paddle) or Paddle Surf in Alicante. After a theoretical explanation and a series of exercises, you will be able to start rowing standing up and do the main maneuvers in the sea. We will begin the class with a warm-up and stretching to warm up and activate the body physically. Next, we will explain the main basic theoretical concepts such as the parts of the paddle surf board and rowing, as well as the fundamentals of this sport and we will start with the practical part in the sea.
