Description
Your adventure kicks off with a comfortable transfer to the small village of Busot, nestled in the mountains of inland Alicante. There, you'll find the Cuevas del Canelobre, a natural gem that formed over 7 million years ago.
Upon entering, you'll be amazed by its huge vault, over 70 meters high, comparable to that of a cathedral. The stalactite and stalagmite formations create a magical setting, where nature seems to have patiently sculpted whimsical figures: columns, stone waterfalls, and, of course, the famous 'Canelobre,' a formation that gives the cave its name because of its resemblance to a large candelabra.
During the private guided tour, you'll learn about the geological curiosities and historical uses of the place—including its adaptation as a refuge during the Civil War and its surprising natural acoustics, which have allowed concerts to be held inside the cave.
Artistic lighting highlights the mineral colors of the rock, offering a spectacular atmosphere that combines science, nature, and emotion. Second part: We'll head to the village of Busot to explore its streets and its Museum of Ethnic Music, featuring instruments brought from all over the world that will definitely impress you!
Part three: the soul of Flamenco in the port of Alicante
After the visit, the tour continues to the port of Alicante, where the Mediterranean mixes with the purest art of southern Spain: flamenco.
You'll get to see a professional flamenco show, where singing, guitar, and dance come together in an intense and moving experience. This art, born from centuries of cultural fusion in Andalusia, was recognized by UNESCO in 2010 as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, for its deep emotional charge, its oral transmission, and its value as a symbol of identity and cultural resistance.
There are no gimmicks here: just the rhythm, the tap dancing, the 'duende' (magic), and the passion.
No dinner or drinks included (only the show is included, but you can order drinks or food during the show). The focus is on the authenticity of the show, on feeling the energy that is transmitted from the tablao directly to the viewer's heart.
