Attention: Booking is possible no later than 2 days before the start of the excursion After you are met by a transfer in Alicante, you will go to the amazing La Mola Castle located near the town of Novelda, which is part of a network of castles and towers that in the Middle Ages formed an important system of control and protection of the Spanish Kingdom. Then you will have a tour guide through the facilities: winemaking room and barrel room. We will explain how we apply the methods of organic and biodynamic agriculture in all our processes. We will show you how the wine is made, from the time the vineyard is bare until we have the bottle ready for sale. At the end you will have a commented tasting of 3 signature wines
