Dry AGE Meat galore, great food and great service. Well worth a visit!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Ultimate Dining Experience in Alicante – Ask for Emilio! If you are looking for the absolute best steak in Alicante, look no further. We recently dined here as a stag due for a meal that we will be talking about for a very long time. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor. But what truly elevated our evening from a great dinner to an unforgettable experience was our server, Emilio. From the moment we sat down, Emilio provided the best service we have ever received anywhere in the world. He was attentive, warm, and highly professional, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. His recommendations were spot-on, and his passion for excellent hospitality shone through the entire night. Phenomenal food paired with world-class service. Yesterday evening we had the best dry aged meat experience we've ever had. We had some good dry aged beef trough the years but this was something else. We had the ribeye on the bone from the Fleckvieh (Simmental). It was aged for 150 days! It had a geat taste, not to funky but verry meaty! Great service from Jefrey Severiano! We also had a small conversation with the owner, who has a lot of knowledge of the wines and the meats he is selling! We had a blast, thank you!
The meat is the meat here. And it’s mainly from Poland, not South-American, a fact the makes the deal for me. Sophisticated music not played too loud and a separate room for families with small kids — I’ve dined on both sides. This time the bread was not up to the standards but otherwise delivered to the promise.
