Food espectacular… service was añso great except for one waiter with incredible bad actitute, huge mala leche… that basically told as “take or leave” at the time we arrive. As frequent client I know the restaurant set up well. At the time I make the reservation I make sure I request Indoor terraze. When we arrive, after waiting over 5 minutes standing at the door ( the mala leche ) waiter pass three time front to us and not even say hello, until an other kind and educated waiter did received us. Once the dicrepancy about our table happen, the mala leche waiter was called to resolved and he toñd us is rhis table or no table! I was so close to say OK no table and I fill a complain but my daughter ask me dont do it and she agree to seat on the uncover terraza. Flor was no clean, mosquitos were all over the place and the bench was incredible unconfortable. We were three and the mala leche waiter only point the table with the bench. Too sad to see such great effort from a great chef and two waiters working very hard for one destroying the whole experience. No coming back
I honestly don’t know how to rate this place. I really wanted to like it. Looked super nice, and Michelin plaques from 2024 and 2025 gave a lot of hope. I guess I understand why they are not on Michelin recommendations any more. Menu is a QR code. Really, print it. It’s not an Asian fast food joint. Not acceptable at these prices. Service: some was ok, some was a joke. Changing plates between courses, waiter put dirty cutlery right on the table, with sauce dripping off it. When asked to change cutlery and wipe the table, he was visibly discontent. Food: well, edible. Maybe. Tuna cones were nice. Oysters I didn’t love. Artichoke was good. Truffle beef tartar was a severe disappointment- flavours all wrong, too sweet and doused in paprika, textures a mess. The hyped 30 year Parmesan spaghetti was good. Overall, nothing to write home about. Not worth the money. Pretty view. Pretty venue. Food a flop. Service bit sad. Give it a miss and go to Casa Mar or Mar y Monte.
