Not at all what we had hoped for. Service was ok at best, and mostly not even that.Our waiter felt rushed and uninterested most of the time. We had hoped for some good wine recommendations, but no…. The octopus and calamari was really good as well as the meat dishes. Fish of the day (38 euros!!) and rice dish was really poor. Croquettes and tomato sallad as well. Value for money…not even close.
I would call this one of the best restaurants on Javea/Xabia sea front. The seafood is on a different level. I am a bad English tourist with little to no Spanish but was still served with a smile and respect. This establishment is busy even out of season so I advise booking a table so as not to be disappointed.
