Almost perfect with a few minor flaws We enjoyed a 5-course Wednesday lunch here at the end of June, seated inside the comfortable, air-conditioned dining room (location does not have an outside/terras) To start with the minor critiques: we had explicitly requested and confirmed beforehand that no menus would be handed out, as the meal was meant to be a surprise for our friends. Unfortunately, they were handed out anyway to make a selection. Furthermore, we love wine pairings, but with 5 courses, full servings are a bit much. We requested half-glasses for my wife and me, which is most often standard practice. However, the waiter kept insisting the pours were already small. In the end, we resorted to ordering just one pairing and sharing each glass, which provided the exact amount we wanted but could easily have been accommodated by the service. Rest of service was great, not to present but always ready. That being said, the food itself was outstanding. Almost all courses were excellent and easily on par with, or better than, Michelin-starred restaurants. The only slight exception was the main meat dish, which was a bit plain. Where the chef excels—just as he did in his previous venues—is in the amuses, of which you receive several. The desserts were equally phenomenal. We will most certainly be back next time to try the 7-course menu!

If you really want to enjoy a culinary experience, this is undoubtedly the best restaurant in the area. All the flavours are perfectly balanced and the presentation is a work of art. A truffle-topped egg, lobster prepared two ways, perfectly cooked pigeon, and desserts where the flavours complement each other perfectly. Dining here is pure pleasure. Will I be back? ABSOLUTELY!
Very boutique restaurant, exquisite place for gourmets. We ordered a menu of 7 servings, in fact received around 16. All of them were masterpieces, textures, flavors, and combinations are carefully thought out. Highly recommended!
We have dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants before, and this one truly deserves a star as well. Every dish felt extraordinary, as if crafted in another world. The team was incredibly welcoming, and Walter from Uruguay stood out with his wonderful energy, constant smile, and joyful spirit. He made the whole experience even more memorable. Thank you all for your dedication and effort. You made my day truly special, and I will never forget this amazing 13-course journey.
