Phenomenal food and service. The atmosphere was elevated, yet not pretentious. The service was incredibly welcoming and warm while still perfectly measured. We’re not very experienced in fine dining and we were treated with great respect and care. We were served by one of the two owners who was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Each dish was presented with great care and the flavours was outstanding! Can’t recommend enough!!
A very enjoyable experience. Fun concept with a minimum of 5 dishes from a nice menu. The best dish was the aguachile of emperor fish with coconut, cucumber, and gambusin. An incredible explosion of flavor! Very friendly and welcoming staff, and a restaurant I highly recommend.
An unforgettable dining experience at Steki. We loved it so much we came back two nights in a row — 8 and 9 May 2026. The tasting menu was delightful: creative, refined, and packed with explosions of flavor in every course. Each dish felt carefully thought out and beautifully balanced, combining surprising elements into something truly memorable. The charming Greek maitre lady made the evening feel warm and personal from the moment we arrived, while the Mexican chef delivered one stunning plate after another with originality. Steki is a small, intimate restaurant, which adds to the magic — but definitely reserve in advance because tables are limited. Every course felt worth the money. Without question one of the culinary highlights of Alicante.
Absolutely a fantastic experience dining at Steki. Do not leave Alicante without eating here! We found it on the Michelin app and, although it doesn't have a star yet, we felt it was comparable to other restaurants we have eaten at that have Michelin stars. The food was prepared with skill and precision, each component on every plate had a purpose and contributed to the dish. The result was intense flavours perfectly balanced. From the slow-cooked duck breast to the crispy skin sea bass to the melt-in-your mouth foie gras, we enjoyed every mouthful. The menu is designed as a choose-your-own tasting menu. Have you ever looked at a tasting menu and thought, "if only I could replace this one dish, it would be everything I want"? At Steki, you choose the dishes, they choose the order, from lighter dishes to heavier dishes, to make the most enjoyable meal. The service was warm and attentive with great wine and drink suggestions. The restaurant is owned by the chef and the front of house manager and it is clear that these people are not just doing a job, they have a passion for the business and it comes through in every detail.
A wonderful surprise. Google review did not disappoint me this time. Found this place by chance and OMG… everything about this small little restaurant was beyond exceptional. The moment I walked in was so cozy and the service was exceptional. The chef created each dish with different spices, thoughtful ingredients combination and took my taste buds to heaven. After traveling in Spain and eating only tapas, this meal offered something very unique. Our servicer took her time to explain each dish and how it was prepared while the only chef of the restaurant focused on preparing all the great dishes for us.
