One of our favorite restaurants in the area! Slightly higher prices- but the food is excellent and absolutely worth the money. Can absolutely recommend octopus as a starter, and fresh fish baked in salt. Great selection of desserts as well! The staff is lovely and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile!
Recently we spent our evening in the restaurant Masena! I was looking for a good (balanced) restaurant with a high-medium price level quite long time, because it is hard to find restaurants like Masena in this area. We really enjoyed our dinner! We’ve ordered carpaccio, artichokes and Chuleton steak for the main dish. Starters were delicious - no questions. The steak - was that thing we really wanted. The meat was dry aged for 60 days and quite marbled, and of course the taste was amazing. Respect for that! The deserts were also good! Thanks everybody, we can’t wait to visit this restaurant again!
An Experience Worth Repeating The place strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and elegance. You can feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in. The waiters are highly professional yet friendly, instantly making you feel comfortable. Service is excellent in every aspect. We started with some delicious appetizers — generous portions and absolutely full of flavor. Of course, we couldn’t skip the restaurant’s “Jewel”: the Chateaubriand, served on a warm stone. As a true meat lover, I can honestly say it was one of the best cuts I’ve ever had — tender, juicy, and melting in the mouth. Simply amazing! The owner himself took the time to let us try three different wines to find the perfect pairing for our meal. A charming host with deep knowledge and a natural passion for what he does — you can tell he was born to run this restaurant. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates fine dining. Top-quality food, excellent service, and an overall outstanding experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Despite visiting this area for many years and seeing good places to eat, somehow we manage to miss this restaurant. It's pretty hidden on the main road between Javea and Moraira. We dined on a Sunday and ate from the main menu (they have menu del dia but only in the week). Food is very good quality and beautifully presented. The service was very efficient, staff really friendly and the dosing room has a very nice ambiance. The prices aren't cheap but they reflect the quality of the food and the surroundings- you get what you pay for! There's a small play area outside which was welcome for the kids. We will definitely add this as one of our go to restaurants.
