Fantastic beach ⛱️ for everyone 😀 the sun beds 🛌 and brollies are expensive 24 euros for 2 beds and I umbrella 🌂 per day 😀 you can buy a cheap chair from the Chinese shop for 20 euros 💶 no brainer the bars are cheap 4 euros a pint 😳 not to bad sea front and snacks for the children 😀 👍the bar shack people are lovely and welcoming 😀 👍
Clean, huge, nice fine sand. Lots of bars, lifeguards, boats, free parking, etc. Like any beach, get there early!
The water is genuinely amazing and the views are great. Crowd level was just right, busy enough to feel like a proper beach, not so packed it lost the vibe. Only real notes: if you want a spot at one of the beach bars, get there early. By the time we wanted dinner, we ended up heading into town to find somewhere to eat instead.
Not as big or busy as the main beach nearby. Has a bar with fast service. Good sand and long shallow beach.
Playa de La Mata in Torrevieja is a long, wide sandy beach that’s ideal for a classic Mediterranean beach day. Soft sand and clear, gently sloping water make swimming and wading comfortable. Facilities along the promenade — showers, toilets, and nearby cafés — add convenience. A relaxed, unpretentious spot with plenty of space even when busy.
