A restaurant that instantly brings a Michelin star to mind. From the moment you step inside, you feel that your high expectations have been met. The head chef is a woman Maria Jose San Roman who, from the very beginning of your culinary journey, makes sure you feel truly special. The dishes are surprising and inventive, offering fresh and unexpected flavors. The service takes great care of your comfort and overall experience, and despite the refined setting, you never feel intimidated or uncomfortable. In my opinion, this restaurant truly deserves a Michelin star. ⭐
Dessert was the highlight, innovative and delicious. All other dishes felt average or even below. Pisco sour cocktail was a sham. First 4 courses came quite quickly (10-15 mins gap in between) but the last coffee and the bill took almost an hour with minimal attention to us. Had to keep calling the server for everything. Poor customer service especially for a fine dine restaurant. View was nice but overall construction of the restaurant needs improvement - uncomfortable chairs and table shaking everytime the servers walked by. Poor value for money.
