Potential for further improvement but still good 😊 The location here is exceptional and they serve well cooked seafood. Would definitely come back here to dine again. Some things could be improved tho such as general attentiveness of the waiters but most importantly the sides to the dishes were not up to standard. We had the grilled red prawns and the fries that came with this were soggy and lacked salt and the side salad was like a ready packed salad picked up from a supermarket and was actually a negative wait on the dish rather than a positive element.
A lovely restaurant with an amazing sea view and, overall, very good food. I would definitely consider coming back. The staff were also warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We started with the tuna tartare with avocado. It had a great balance of flavors with a nice touch of acidity. The only thing that could have made it even better was if the red onion had been more finely diced. The larger pieces were a bit overpowering at times, or I would have preferred the option to leave them out. That said, it was still a beautiful and delicious starter. Next, we had the grilled octopus with mashed potatoes, which was the highlight of the meal. The octopus was cooked to perfection—tender with a lovely texture. The only thing missing was a little more salt, but otherwise it was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the grilled fresh red prawns. Once again, they were perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. They were served with fries, a few Padrón peppers, and a salad. To be honest, I think the salad could have been left off the plate, and the fries weren’t particularly memorable either. I would happily order the prawns on their own next time, as they were the real star. Overall, we had a wonderful evening with fantastic sea views, excellent seafood, friendly service, and a very enjoyable atmosphere. A place well worth visiting if you’re looking for fresh seafood in a beautiful setting.
We booked a last minute lunch. The view is beautiful across the lagoon & beach. The food came quickly, but we were offered a break between starters & mains. We had the oysters, tuna belly, foie gras, clams with pine nuts & garlic, calamari & lamb chops. Everything was delicious. The lamb chops were super succulent & tender. We shared a dessert & coffee. Only issue we had was trying to get the bill at the end. The waiters were all too busy serving around us & we couldn’t catch their attention. We had to go to the main desk to pay. Total bill was over €200 but worth it for a nice lunch. This included a bottle of champagne.
went there this Saturday without reservation..it is a chance that they had one seat for me. Beautiful view, a full menu, food served delicious and well presented. But what I will remember is the high standard of service from Raoul. And everybody there are running to serve. Large parking nearby. And after, the boardwalk is nice to enjoy. You have to visit this restaurant.
Lovely food, great location, attentive service. The only thing I have to comment about … there are so many employees… why can‘t one of them clean the laminated menus. The menus were sticky and dirty, 🤢
