I had one of the best dining experiences here. The owner was incredibly welcoming and passionate about the food. The menu is a surprise experience, and he takes the time to ask questions about your preferences to tailor the dishes to your taste, which made the whole evening feel very personal and special. I also arrived without a reservation, even though the restaurant was completely full, and both the staff and the owner kindly accommodated me right away. Everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive throughout the night. The food and service honestly felt Michelin-star quality. The atmosphere was elegant yet warm, and the prices were very reasonable for the level of experience offered. The local wines and wine pairing were absolutely spectacular and complemented the dishes perfectly. Highly recommended if you are looking for a memorable dining experience.
What a great little neighbourhood restaurant. We ate here, wanting to keep it local, on the last night of our holiday, and we were delighted with our decision. The service was really friendly and relaxed, but also attentive. We had the 7 course tasting menu and the food was well presented, super tasty and extremely good value. This was simple food taken up a level, but I'm glad to say not pretentious in any way. We had several wines by the glass and the advice by our server was great. At the end of the evening the owner came over for a chat and explained exactly the concept and what they were trying to achieve. First class 👌, definitely recommend.
