And it was a real treat. Not because of the place, which is beautiful. Not because of the food, which was excellent. The true luxury was the wonderful service we received. Carlos, Rosanna, their daughter, and all the staff made the experience a phenomenal day. It's impossible to improve the service. And truly, the food was plentiful, well-served, and all the dishes were fantastic. The thoughtful touch of the herbal infusions and teas was a 10/10. The table settings were impeccable. If you go to Banyeres, I highly recommend stopping by Mesón del Castillo. It's absolutely worth it. They are wonderful hosts and excellent restaurant professionals. Thank you so much. We want to come back.
