Quality of food only average. Small portions. Totally overpriced. Staff not attentive. Wrong info on food, comes different from what the waiters said when asked before. It’s a restaurant for tourists; so one does not have to come back. Disappointing. Only nice: the view on the beach.
My sister and I popped in for a couple of pre-dinner drinks on Friday night. It’s been a while since our last visit to this wonderful spot and the first under new, friendly and customer focused owners took charge. The excellent Javi looked after us impeccably; super fast and attentive service and made us laugh. Will definitely be back :)
We had a wonderful meal here. The atmosphere was great and they had entertainment. Our waiter Javi is clearly happy in his job he was singing away whilst working and was very attentive. The views are to die for!
Then, during the Euros, we spent some evenings at Restaurante Atalaya in Jávea to watch the matches, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The food was really good — fairly priced for the setting — and the view over the bay is amazing. Service was fast and professional. That said, for the best tables with the prime view, you do need to spend a fair bit, so it’s definitely a spot that caters more to people who don’t mind spending a little extra. Still, totally worth it for the experience, especially if you’re there for a nice evening out.
