A great experience from start to finish, with delicious food, friendly staff, and a wonderful atmosphere✨ We ate extremely well, and the portions were very generous. The sangria was excellent, and the paella was delicious, full of flavor and prepared with great care. One of the highlights of the restaurant is definitely the staff. The service team was very friendly, welcoming, and entertaining, creating a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the evening. The restaurant itself is very charming, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is youthful, vibrant, and inviting. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily return. Highly recommended!

If you are searching for an authentic culinary experience in Alicante, Casablanca is definitely a spot worth considering—especially if your main priority is the food. However, you might want to bring a little extra patience along with your appetite.Let’s start with the absolute best part: the food. The paella here is outstanding. Cooked to absolute perfection, the rice had that flawless texture, rich depth of flavor, and just the right amount of socarrat (the delicious, crispy caramelized layer at the bottom of the pan). Whether you opt for the seafood or the traditional meat version, the quality of the ingredients truly shines through. It is easily one of the best paellas you can find in the area. Unfortunately, where Casablanca shines in the kitchen, it stumbles a bit in the dining room. During our visit, there were noticeable organizational issues. The staff was friendly, but the pacing was quite disorganized. We experienced significant delays between ordering and actually receiving our dishes. Waiting for the mains took much longer than expected, which disrupted the flow of an otherwise lovely evening. It felt like the kitchen and the front-of-house staff weren't entirely in sync. If you plan on ordering paella (which usually takes time anyway), consider ordering a few quick tapas right away to tide you over during the wait

Food was really good and service was quick and prices were reasonable. We sat on the terrace, there were a couple of heaters and staff provided warm blankets if required. Would recommend.
