We always make a point of visiting at least once when we are in Rojales as the food is amazing (ribs are to die for!!) Family and friends alike always want to come here when they are visiting and that includes our Instagram 21 & 23 year old daughters and 80 year old parents! The interior is super cosy and pretty in the cooler months with lots of twinkly lights and in the summer you can sit outside on the terrace in the sun or even play boules/pentanque on their courts The owners and staff are always super friendly, no matter how busy they are. Last visit there was a fabulous singer and the restaurant was full , so definitely book ahead to avoid disappointment. At the moment they’re open weekdays only, but hoping they’ll be open the first weekend in June 2026 ( even for just Sat 6th June… please please!!) as a friend is over for her birthday weekend and this was where she wanted to go… she loved it here so much last time!! Coffee, lunch or dinner - with friends or family. Thoroughly recommended!! (Photos were taken last year, 2025 but still as pretty )
We recently held our wedding celebration here..Bas and Denise were amazing from the start. Nothing was too much trouble..The food was 5 star..they put so much effort into making sure the day was perfect.. which it was.. I had not been to this bar restaurant under Bas & Denise..what a delightfully friendly place. If you need a venue for any celebration you will receive 5 star service.. I cannot recommend enough...It is now mine and my friends go to place for great atmostsphere..fantastic food and service..
What a gem in Rojales. We enjoyed a wonderful evening this week . Very welcoming, absolutely fantastic food , and not rushed. Food is thoughtfully created and fresh . So so good ! The area has needed this . We will definitely be back .
We recently held our wedding party at Manifiesto, and we couldn’t have chosen a better venue. From the very beginning, the owners were incredibly professional, organised, and so easy to trust with our special day. Their attention to detail and excellent organisation skills made everything run smoothly, which took away so much of the stress. The waiting staff were equally wonderful – warm, friendly, and always happy to help. They contributed so much to the welcoming atmosphere and made all of our guests feel comfortable. The venue itself was perfect for our 60–70 guests, with both the inside hall and the outside area creating a great flow and space to celebrate. The team were also so supportive of my ideas for decorating the space in a wedding style, which made it feel truly personal and special. And the food – absolutely outstanding! The quality and variation is honestly some of the best in the area, and so many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. I would 100% recommend Manifiesto to anyone looking for a venue or restaurant for a special event. The combination of professionalism, organisation, friendly staff, and top-quality food is second to none. A huge thank you to Bas and Denise for making our wedding party so memorable – we’re so grateful for everything you did to make it perfect.
