What a truly magnificent experience. The food, wine, service and ambience were all exceptional. By far the best meal we have had for quite some time (probably since we were here last year). This is now on our must visit list for whenever we are in Moraira and is by far the best restaurant in Moraira in our opinion. Thank you Sandra and team for a wonderful evening.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Gem in Moraira! **Carvon** is hands-down one of the best dining experiences in Moraira! The ambiance is stylish yet incredibly welcoming, and the service is absolutely flawless—attentive, friendly, and professional. As for the food, every dish was a masterpiece. The ingredients are top-tier, the presentation is beautiful, and the flavors are absolutely incredible. You can really taste the passion and creativity in every bite. We ordered Fried "Mosquitos de mar“, Cuttlefish salad and Wrilled whole turbot which was fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. An exceptional meal from start to finish. We already can’t wait to come back—highly recommended! (Just be sure to book ahead!)
I love good food—great food makes me happy. And on your birthday, you want to be extra happy. So I decided to try Carvon in Moraira… and wow, they absolutely delivered. This is a small, intimate restaurant with a calm atmosphere and very personal service. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the passion and dedication. There is real love here—for the craft, for the ingredients, and for the overall experience. Sandra, the wonderful hostess, gives excellent advice and clearly knows everything about what they serve. The food is outstanding: refined, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The wines are equally impressive and served at the perfect temperature, which really shows attention to detail. Yes, the main courses are on the higher end in terms of price—but you truly get what you pay for: high-quality ingredients and a dining experience that is absolutely worth it. And something I personally really appreciate: it’s Spanish. In an area like the Costa Blanca, where so many places are run by foreigners, it’s refreshing to see young Spanish talent shining like this. More of this, please. I will definitely be back. A truly fantastic restaurant.
A fantastic experience, truly worth a visit. The warm welcome, the expert service of the staff, the (local) wines and the outstanding dishes, this was a huge joy. Sweet scallops, grilled artichoke, perfect beef, goat cheesecake... Carvón is a treasure.
We had a fantastic evening at Carvón! All of the recommendations were exactly to our taste. The team had lots of interesting facts about the individual ingredients, the dishes and the wine. The prices are absolutely fair for the excellent quality of the food and the great service. We'll be back for sure!
