Santabar has been one of the best restaurants I’ve visited so far. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality ingredients and excellent flavors in every dish. The service was outstanding friendly and attentive. Together with the nice atmosphere, it made for a really enjoyable evening. If you’re looking for a restaurant with great food, excellent service, and a lovely ambiance, Santabar is definitely worth a visit. I’d happily come back anytime!

We had an amazing dining experience at Santabar in Alicante. From the moment we arrived, everything felt carefully thought out and executed with great attention to detail. The menu is not overly large, which we appreciated, as it focuses on quality and variety rather than quantity. The appetizers were delicious, and we loved the creative way they were served on paper—it felt simple yet very original. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The highlight of the evening was definitely the dessert, recommended by our very friendly waiter. It was a slice of bread soaked in milk, topped with a wonderfully caramelized crust and served with ice cream. Absolutely incredible! It was one of the best desserts we have ever had. The service was excellent, warm, and attentive throughout the meal. We also enjoyed a high-quality bottle of wine that cost only €22, which we found to be excellent value. Our total bill was €81, and honestly, the entire experience felt like dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Outstanding food, great service, fair prices, and memorable flavors. Congratulations to the whole team at Santabar—you created a truly special experience for us! We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.

Absolutely great food! Very different than regular tapas. Every dish was a pleasant surprise in taste and presentation. Great staff with good recommendations.
