A very pleasant and welcoming place, where today I attended a barre workshop, brunch, and mindfulness session, and the experience was very fun and comfortable. The professionalism and dedication of both the barre instructor, Dafne, and Almu, who led the guided meditation, are evident. I highly recommend it; it's a center with wonderful, friendly professionals who clearly love what they do.
A wonderful discovery in Rojales for self-discovery. A welcoming space run by a fantastic professional—attentive, respectful, and meticulous in every detail. This center is highly recommended. It's clear that it's a very well-thought-out project for children and adults alike. The atmosphere is very positive and professional, and the facilities are meticulously maintained to offer a safe and motivating environment.
The children of Vega Baja couldn't be luckier. Almudena is fantastic, both in her personality and her work. It's a wonderful space where children can share, express themselves, and above all, enjoy themselves and learn at the same time.
It's hard to find places that integrate children's yoga and emotional management so well. The family workshops are wonderful for strengthening bonds. A much-needed haven of peace where both adults and children can grow together consciously. My little one adores Almudena, and so do we 💚
