If you haven’t been here yet, what are you waiting for?? This place is to die for. The food is absolutely delicious and the ambiance is stellar! After eating here I felt like I needed more so I booked a room at the hotel it’s located in. What a beautiful place to spend a weekend. Don’t sleep on visiting this place. You won’t be disappointed.
Beyond exceptional. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🖐️ I’ve lived in this area for years and dine out frequently throughout Moraira, Jávea, and the surrounding Costa Blanca. Madre genuinely surprised me. The first thing that strikes you is the setting. The design and decor are exceptional—easily among the most beautiful restaurant spaces in the area. Every detail feels intentional, creating an atmosphere that is elegant and sophisticated while still feeling relaxed and comfortable. Sitting by the pool with a cocktail in hand, surrounded by such a stunning setting, you almost forget you’re only minutes from home. What really elevates the experience, however, is the food. The quality, presentation, and attention to detail are on a level that reminded me of restaurants with Michelin aspirations, yet without any of the formality that can sometimes make fine dining feel intimidating. The dishes are creative, beautifully executed, and clearly prepared with great care and skill. The balance they’ve achieved is what makes Madre special. You get food that feels refined and memorable, but you enjoy it in a laid-back Mediterranean environment where you’re encouraged to relax, take your time, and simply enjoy the experience. Combined with attentive service and an incredible atmosphere, Madre has quickly become one of my favorite dining destinations in the area. We had lunch at Ritual’s own restaurant, Madre and what an extraordinary experience it was. The dishes specially created and curated for us were simply beyond words. Even calling it divine feels too small to express how exceptional the food truly was. Every course was fabulous, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The way everything was served, the elegant crockery, the attention to every little detail — it was all absolutely perfect. The restaurant itself is stunning, the ambiance is beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the food was unforgettable. Honestly, what more could one ask for? It was not just lunch, it was an experience to cherish.
