Yoga Mar Festival 2017

The first Yoga Mar Festival, is a healthy party, where people can enjoy yoga days on the beach, master classes, meditation, dance and live music.

Guardamar del Segura with its powerful and innovative spirit wants to become the centre point of the new trend of Spiritual Tourism of the region, supporting and promoting yoga.

The Yoga Mar Festival supports the new trend of wellness breaks that is developed in the area, promoting a healthy, happy and full lifestyle, based on the personal development of people through a daily spiritual practice.

Aimed at lovers and practitioners of yoga, meditation, dance and music; residents and tourists

Location: On the beach, the Palau Sant Jaume Municipal Sports Centre and Reina Sofia Auditorium.

20 pm Adama Concert.

Saturday March 25, 2017.

6 am-8: 30 pm Sadhana Morning on the Beach & Mantras of the Aquarian Age. With Sat Atma Kaur. Location: on the beach in front of the sports centre.

Place: Municipal Sports Center Palau Sant Jaume:

10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Bhangra Dance with Sat Atma Kaur / Sara Yoga with Sara and equipment.
12 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Lecture & Yoga with Devta Singh / Children's Yoga with Sara and equipment.
16 a 18 hs Shakti Dance with Pilar Martínez / Children's Yoga with Karina and equipment.
18:30 a 20 hs Conference and Yoga with Andrea Märtens / Children's Yoga with Karina and equipment.

8:30 PM Concert Agochar & Shabad Simran. Location: Reina Sofia Auditorium.

10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Yoga Dance with Yunia Espinosa / Children's Yoga with Valeria and equipment.
12 to 13:30 hs Hatha Yoga with Francisco Ros / Children's Yoga with Valeria and equipment.
2 to 3 pm PARTY PARTY
