Alberto Ferruz of Bon Amb restaurant in Javea and Kiko Moya of L'Escaleta in Cocentaina will be producing a dish using four ingredients at the Dolia, Essencia show cooking spectacular in Teulada. Alberto said they intend to produce something using fish, citrus and salt.
Entrance to the show cooking in Teulada is free. The chefs will be at the main stage while Ivan Talens will be making cocktails on another stage and children's workshops about preserving the seabed and acquatic life will be held by the Oceanografic Foundation in the garden.
