Veena is passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of creating wholesome, healthy, currylicous Indian food from scratch. Her policy is to keep everything simple, which is the approach, adopted with the cookery classes. Where possible she will share healthy alternatives to the sugar, fat, laden curries available.
