This is a 3 hour during workshop, we dance all 7 Chakra's. It starts with a meditation, a warm-up, openingdance and then a long dance which starts at the base to the Crown chakra, then followed by an integration dance, Mandala art and a integration meditation.. This is perfect for physical and emotional well being and re-balance your energy. Dance in Balance is for ALL fitness levels and ability, for ages from 18 to 100 - spoken in English and Dutch.

'Celebrating Summer', Dit is een extra dansworkshop, we verwelkomen de zomer en zeggen vaarwel tegen de lente.
Het is ook nieuwe maan dus extra krachtig!

Het is een 3 uur durende workshop, we dansen alle 7 chakra's. We starten met een meditatie, dan een warming up en dan de lange dans waarin we starten met de basischakra naar de kruin chakra gevolgd door de integratie van alle 7 chakra's. Daarna is het tijd voor het maken van een Mandala en we sluiten af met een integration meditatie.

Het is perfect for uw fysieke en emotionele welzijn plus het in evenwicht brengen van uw energie. Dance in Balance is voor alle fitnessniveaus en vermogen, voor de leeftijden van 18 tot 100 - zowel in Engels en Nederlands.
