The Boulevard Apartamentos is situated in El Albir, the beach village of the community of Alfaz del Pi, 2 kilometers from the wonderful hill top ancient village of Altea and 5 kilometers from Benidorm. The apartments and the destination are ideal for those who want to enjoy their holidays in a peaceful area, with good quality and high standards, and at the same time with a wide offer for both children and adults within short distance.
The well appointed apartments offer one or two bedrooms, bathroom with shower (two bedroom apartments have an extra bathroom with bath), kitchen, living room and terrace. All terraces have a sea view. The apartments are well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, television, air-conditioning and central heating. The bathrooms all have under floor heating. They are self serviced apartments although all prices includes change of towels every 4th day and weekly cleaning. Internet connection in the apartment can be bought for a small amount.
The property consists of one building with 32 apartments, 28 of which are one bedroom and 4 apartments with two bedrooms. 7 of the apartments are deluxe with either larger terraces or roof terrace. To the rear of the apartments are gardens and terraces featuring adult and children`s pools, children`s play area and bocha court.
